Page 13, following line 17: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 8. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: DISCLAIMER. Nothing in this Act may be construed as the states recognition of any entity as a federally recognized Indian tribe or any entitys claim to the exercise of sovereign immunity." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 13, line 18: Delete "Sections 3 - 7" Insert "Sections 3 - 8" Senator Green moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 4. Senator Mackie objected.
